Responsibilities

• Respond to daily flow of customer requests via email and telephone.
• Create sales leads on a regular basis in addition to site requests.
• Respond to customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner.

• Excellent computer skills and Internet proficiency.
• Knowledge of HTML, or some programming is an asset.
• Bi-lingual in either French or Spanish is an asset.
• Technical or Sales training and customer support would be beneficial.
